At the moment I have One 7inch Oscar fish and One Clarius catfish which is very peaceful in a 150 gallon tank.I am going to get to get a Jaguar cichlid and i was wondering what the minimum size for the Jaguar cichlid would be to put in the tank at the moment.And what price people have brought them for...Thanks

You're gonna want to get the Jag around 3-4"s at least, as mentioned, anything big small enough to fit in that Oscar's mouth will be a meal for it. As for price, that could vary by state, size or if you ordered it online... shipping and whatnot.
The price varies for a lot of reasons, size, if you order online (shipping), state/country, store, ect.
I agree, make sure the jag won't be able to fit in the oscars mouth. You may have problems will aggression once the jag gets bigger as they get very aggressive. They are very shy as babies but once they reach maturity they get very aggressive but in a big enough tank it can be done.
