Small MOuth Bass with Red Spots

Hi everyone. im new here and also very noobie at fish caring. i have 2 small mouths bass that started to have red spots appeariing on thier skins. i dont know why all of a sudden it just appeared on them, could it be the water? i just got done changing the water with fresh water last night so i hope it works? well the red spots on one of the smb has it on its two lower fins. the other one is starting to show on its tail. also i think my water's ph level might be a bit high, the skins on the smb seems to be peeling off? im about to go to petco after this to get some testers. i will also upload pictures of them when i have the time. -2lazy2care
