Im going to be redoing a tank I have and turning it into a planted tank. Right now its a 10gallon with a betta and 1 african clawed frog in it. Im going to be adding a small school of tetra or danios, which ever will work the best and not get attacked. I dont really want to use any CO2 Im hoping that I can just get by with having good lighting. The fixture Im using is 48wt fixture and the hightest watt bulb to fit it I can get is 32 wts. Will this be too much light for this tank, allowing algae to carpet the tank?
