Small scale archerfish aggression?

My new group of 9 small scale archerfish seems to have at least 1 possibly dominant archerfish chase away the others a lot of the time and act pretty aggressive towards them. Just wanted to clarify whether this was normal behavior for them, or is something wrong?
Searching Google gives pretty conflicting results.

Most species of fish will establish a pecking order so it's the tank boss for atleast now.

I see. Practical Fishkeeping did say that they make a pecking order because they become territorial as adults, and it looks like they could be right.
