Have a few small tanks, 5-10 gallons and thinking of having some sort of aquatic or semi-aquatic amphibians. We've discussed african dwarf frogs, firebelly newrts, and larger species to grow out like African clawed frogs or paddletail newts. Just wanted some opinions on stock ideas, etc.

that's what we're leaning towards for the 10 gallon. mixing them with firebelly toads is a no-no correct?

a goby might be a good choice, but i dont know how well theyd do in a 10 gal... Also FBN would meet those requirements :D

Fire belly toads secrete a mucous which will kill other herps but by themselves they are great very easy.

thanks, that what had thought, but I remember how stores occasionally keep them with fb newts, so I had some curiousity about it. will post pics once it is setup!
