Small warts and Sores

My flowerhorn is probably abut 2 years old and sitting at around 10 inches. He eats only hikari pellets, earthworms and meal worms.

I noticed he got a little wart on his tail, and just last night noticed a dime sized sore on his face. I noticed some tiny sores on his kok the other day so I did first WC in about 2 weeks and they have seemed to get better.

Is this normal with FH?

Flowerhorn are real sensitive to water quality. I would do 30% water change weekly and get some meds acryflavin, nox ich, salt, and jungle parasite clear is what I have in the medicine cabinet

After he better I would keep up with the weekly changes, I do 20% byweekly

Yeah, I normally do about 30% every week. Just look a week break
