I have a adult hujeta characin that has a white spot about the size of a pencil lead on her eye. It is not a bump and it has not spread to other fish or gotten bigger or smaller. It has been there for a few months. Does anybody know what it could be. The fish eats regulary and is in good enough health to keep spraying the tank with eggs twice in the last few months. So what is it?

And just incase it helps. i have had the fish since it was 1.5'' and it is now around 7'' in the same tank. There has been no new mates put in there for 8 months. The tank gets twice weekly 50% water changes and once weekly testings and is allways 0ammonia 0nitrite and 5-10ppm nitrate. It is a planted tank. It is a 75g with 2 emp 400's and a magnum 350 canister as well as 2 400gph power heads with foam bio filters. Turn over rate is 26 times per hour.

I thought this as well and it very well could be. But it is a perfect circle. Like somone took a paint marker and put a dot on her eye. lol
