today i noticed a small white worm hanging out of my jade gobys anus... it must be internal parasites of some kind, because all he eats is massivore. it was a single white worm like thing hanging about 1" out of his anus, about the thickness of a piece of string. the thing is, he shows NO signs of being sick, he is so fat and always comes to the top to beg for his massivore every time i go into the room. anyways i dosed the tank with api general cure and am going to do the full treatment of 2 doses. what do you guys think?

Looks like Camallanus sp. they can be treated with fenbendazole or levamisole. You can also add 1 teaspoon of epsome salt per ten gallons to help it pass the worms. Three treatments one week apart. Within 24 hours of adding the meds the substrate should be thoroughly cleaned to remove the dead/paralized worms.

The GC isn't designed for these, it wouln't do any harm but it's not the best choice for this. You need to use somthing a little different. Just do a very large water change before changing meds.
