What ray stays the smallest in freshwater?

no, there is no such thing as a teacup ray. thats just a name that pet stores give retic pups. and retics are one of the most fragile rays to keep and get big.

Retics stay about the same size as hystrix lol. Nowhere near big in the potamotrygon family.
