Smallest large catfish (sorry for double post)

I am soon getting a 30 gallon tank and I was wondering what the largest catfish I could put in it would be? i was thinking of that large synodontis species, but i hear they are bullies. If all else fails, what would be some good pictus tankmates?

errrrr... sorry but 30 gallon and "catfish" really narrows down the list... your talking like... Cories, Raphs, a bunch of Synos... Pictus....Bumblebee... there are a few others that are real Oddballs and hard to come by but thats really about it I think

Pictus do well in groups of 3 or more...Funny little guys as well.. lots of fun to watch

Not sure what a chocolate cat is, but a 33 isn't big enough for one red hook. They are one of the largest SD's at about 12" adult size

a sun catfish could fit in there too
alone, with a lot plants (artificial works too) and some feeders
