smallest Species of Vieja/theraps/paratheraps?

What is the smallest species of Vieja, theraps or Paratheraps that still are colorful.

From that group Theraps irregularis comes to mind as being colorful, at least based on the photos I've seen. They max at 8" I believe.

As far as I know all of the Vieja get a pretty decent size. I think the smaller one would be the black belt and he will get 8-12 inches.
