my friend wants to get a knife fish but she doesn't know crap about them. frankly, neither do i. :D she wants a small knife, and she has the money to spend so she says she'll get as big a tank as it needs, if necessary. (don't worry, i'll make sure whatever she gets she'll take good care of it!) anyone know any good small breed knifes?

I don't think that Brown clown knives get as large as some of their relatives.

I only know about a few, but of them, glass knifes are the smallest...

ask miles, he reccomended me a centipede knife only 8" I would have got a couple but they are nowhere to be found :(

th problem is they are expensive a guy in washington has them but for the fish they are rough but a pretty fish just raise them to a good size trade in to a shop and buy another small one

i would reccomend a brown african knife

black ghost knives are awesome when they get larger, and they dont get too massive.

Xenomystus nigri (African black knife) rarely gets bigger than 6 inches. Pretty peaceful too.
