any one know where to get a small, small mouth bass say 3-5 inchs? any websites ?

theres alot of counties in MI that raise fry for natural pond stocking and they are super cheap to buy. look onlone under MI fish farms or fisheries and you should be able to find some and cheap

cant find any that you can only buy 1 or 2 smallies

already got largies and channel cat, thinking about ordering some fliers, and a grass pickerel from sach. Just need a smallie, and i found a place to get my florida/spot gar.gonna catch some bluegills and sunnies in the spring. putting them all in my native tank. might get a bowfin to :D

Funny, I don't see a 1000 gallon tank in your signature.;)

Fliers are too small and passive to do well with those bruisers. They need a tank to themselves or with other small peaceful fish. They'd probably be OK with the pickerel if they're big enough to not look like food.

smallie would be the most aggressive one :D, varys by fish tho

kinda old thread...
