Smelly tank?

I have 3 large bass in my 150 that I do 2x/week water changes. Usually when I add carbon the smell disappears. I added it last night no dice. It's been 12 hours still cloudy and smelly. What do U guys think. Temp is at 86. Too warm?

If the ich issue is resolved, then bring the temp back down to 78-80 and keep up with w/c

BTW, I grew up in Danbury. DHS class 0f 1990
