Never thought I could do it but after almost 30 yrs,I am smoke free for 6 months today.
Its not that long, but I think its a good start.
I feel better every day, even though I am still going :nilly:.

Yeah this is the one time I dont mind being called a quitter.

DO NOT go back man! NO! I quit for about 5 months and one bad night at the bar and I smoke twice as much now as I did before. :irked::irked::irked:

Quitting again is going to absolutly suck. Your doing the right thing, keep it going and congrats!

Congrats. I've gone 2 1/2 yrs now. It gets easier as time goes on. I actually got into the aquarium hobby the same time I quit smoking and used my cigarette $$ toward my hobby. I feel better AND have some nice tanks to show for it!! In NY cigarettes are up around $8 a pack, so it adds up quick. Again, congrats. Not everybody can quit, especially after 30 years.

Congrats I''ve been smoke free for 4 years quit cold turkey. Smoked two packs a day for 5 years ( i know nothing compared to you guys but I understand the struggle.) My choice was Camel Wides, or Camel Turkish Silvers.

regardless Congrats very much!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the support all.
Unfortunatly I really had no choice,I now have an incurible lunge disease as my reward for smoking so much for so long.
