I have a snail problem and am looking for a easy way to get rid of them. My tank is heavily planted so I have to be careful about using things like Had-a-snail. It seems from the label that it will kill your plants. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I have an almost 30" silver so I also have to be cafeful about putting small fish in there as well.

it's not terrible, but they do chew the leaves of my anubius...

Clown loaches work good and are cunning enough not to be eaten by the aro.

my aro is able to get crayfish out from under plants and such, i don't think a clown loach would be able to avoid him for long, especially while eating snails off the sides of the tank. i thought about getting clown loaches already, but can't find any in the 6-8" range. if you know anyone who has a large one and would be willing to part with it i'm all ears...
