Hi guys.
I was just wondering if you can feed puffers garden snails? In the uk we have a lot of edible garden snail's they are good for people to eat (apparently) but could you feed them to fish? If so would they need to be cooked first (I'm thinking parasites).

I'd say about twice a week.. As a staple, seafood is better but the snails are very helpful with keeping the teeth short.

As long as there is NO fertilizer in that garden.

My grandma always talked about this. She lived in the UK for a while and said to free snails of parasites you feed them lettuce for a week, then they are safe to eat (this was for humans). She claims their systems are good enough to purge them, as long as they have clean food for a week.

Again, this is my grandma's philosophy, but she is only somewhat crazy.
