I would try looking into different invert dry foods, those are normally loaded with calcium to help with molting and should help with your snail...
Other option (although not sure if it will work) is to get some turtle tank calcium blocks and add then to the water, over time they dissolve adding more calcium to the water which im guessing may also help your snail???
