Do you have loaches? If so, feed them to your loaches.

Depending on what kind of snail will dictate the actions to take. Do you know what type of snail it is that you have? Post some pics, or an id and then you can get more specific help.

i have a feeder fish that my old snapper never ate, he eats snails in one tank. while my pacu and painted turtle do the others.
