there are baby snails with a horn like shell all over my brackish tank how is this possibal and wat do i do?

Get some loaches... they'll tear those guys UP! Or you could add more salt to the tank depending on your parameters.
try putting in a piece of lettuce. after a while, the snails should cover it. then just pull out the lettuce.
but you might want to think about leaving them if they don't get out of hand. MTS (malaysian trumpet snails) do a great job of plowing through the grunge and mulm in your gravel. if they're another kind of snail, they might clear your tank of algae.
loaches probably won't tolerate the salinity.
