a new tank, ive never had a problem but my uncle tried everythin with no luck!

Blue Gouramis an clowns should work tho, even dwarf puffers maybe dependin on wots in the tank

Try going with clown loaches. They should do a good job for you. You should only use a snail killing medication when it is your last resort. If you use one of those, and don't get the dead snails out quick enough, they will foul your water really fast, and make it smell too.

Wipe down any egg masses and physically pick out or squish as many as you can, repeat daily.
