Hey Guys,

Im more of a fish person, but I have loved snakes from a LONG time, but never thought of keeping one...my mom and dad would FREAK.

So i was looking for something that stays small...and is not aggressive at all? I heard about a python that only grows to like a Meter? Any other suggestions?

Thanks guys.

Ball Python or a Corn Snake

Ball Python or Hogg Island Boa

They arnt aggressive right? (i know its funny comming from a guy who loves aggressive fish)... but a snake bite would HURT ... especially if its a feeding bite lol

They all hurt when they bite but a kingsnake, milksnake or cornsnake's bite is not going to cause any real damage. Nothing a bandaid won't immediately take care of.

I would say a ball would be my first choice, but as far as damage goes if you get bitten by a full grown ball... You'll probably have to go to the hospital.

Nope, milksnakes are usually really mellow. However, if they get scared they tend to squirt a foul smelling substance, but once they get used to you it stops. And the most an adult milksnake bite will do is leave pinpricks on your skin.
