Lol dude, how handy do you have to be to make THAT?
Get four 2x4's of desired height and a few more lengths of 2x4 depending on the length of the cabinets, and screw them together. The lay and screw sheets of plywood on the crossing 2x4's so they look like this

EDIT: The last row of "|"s should be lined up, for some reason it isnt and i cant change it.

no i made two of them one the trays didnt fit lol and the second there was a gap so now that i tried twice ill just buy one
That's why you set the height of each shelf by putting in the bottom shelf, setting the tub on that shelf, and laying the next shelf on top of the tub, and so on until you get to the top.
Rubbermaid makes stackible drawer units for cheap you can get them at wally world sterilite makes them also .
They look like this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=6004472 but the trays are clear and they come in an array of diffrent sizes .Just drill holes in the sides and done!!
