depend's on the fish and the temp's and what your feeding, as well as the type of snakehead yout talking about, at that size it could be a baby monster or an adult small species, in which case feedign would be diffrent,
general rule of thumb here in my tanks is if they will eat more i'll feed more, if they dont snatch it right away no food that day, with the exception of my C asiatica, he wont stop eating, I've liturally seen him use object's in the tank to "push" food into his mouth so it can close lol, he also has a neck roll devoloping so he went onto a diet lol

he is a giant snakehead the last owner feed hiim koi carp ,blocks of blood worms and silver bait fish he has eaten two 5-6cm kois in the last two days an ignored the blood worms is there anything else i should try feeding him maybe some slower fish?
