This snakehead is crazy. It doesn't really move, it doesn't eat. Only ate a little when I tried to push bloodworms to him with a syringe, it only accidentally inhaled the bloodworm in when breathing. It's nearly 2 weeks. Any help?

what snakehead are we talking about?
what's the tank size?
filteration or not?
is tank cycled?
what if any tank mate's?

from plastic tank to 1 ft to 2 ft tank, didnt eat all the while. Filtered. Tankmate includes bichir and another snakehead. I cant id the snakehead

try feeding some chopped prawn's...if nothing wave it above the water for abit then chuck it in quick, that's how i got my obscura to eat pellet's.....how doe's it look otherwise<healthy? maybe the other's are bullying it abit

you meant my nick? haha, the snakehead is not mine, i took over to try to get him to eat. i am going to release back to original owner after it is better. great, will try it soon. thanks. it is the biggest around. noone touching him, everyone is scared of him. anyway, thanks

that previous snakehead is eating now. amazing eater, ate the cube of bloodworm straight off. It is rather effective to have a tankmate which eats greedily so it can teach the non-eater "the rope"

surprisingly, the watch-tankmate-eat and handfeeding combo worked! It started eating today. Not extremely enthuistic about food, but it started to slowly pick a few bloodworm from the ground. Hope it will improve within these few days, :D
