Snakehead in MA

Has anyone on here caught a snakehead in Massachusetts or Rhode Island? If so where and on what? I've been wanting to catch one for a while so I can.......kill it(:
 
Here's the secret to catching them. According to fish and wildlife, they eat small kids and pets. So here's my 4 step method. Step 1, go to the Potomac River at night. Step 2, hammer a big stake firmly into the ground near the riverbank. Step 3, you take a little chihuahua, tie one end of a rope to the pup, and the other end to the stake. Step 3, you grab a cup of joe or hot coacoa, and wait with a shotgun or gun of your choice. Personally, I use a 45. Step 4, when you see a 4-5 foot monster walk on land, trying to eat your pet, you shoot that monster in the head. And not just once, because these things don't die easily. You shoot her a good 4-5 times to make sure she's dead.

i have also been wondering what hot spots there are where you can catch them with ease . if anyone has info on a great location with alot of these monsters swimming around id love to know.. i want to kill one too :)
