Snakehead not eating

My northern snakehead is not eating for 1 month.
it is very skinny and rests at the bottom lethargic ...fed it worms ...try to bite but doesn't actually eat it
Did the water change... but still not eating

Could you attach pictures? What have you tried feeding?
I suspect an internal parasite, but it’s hard to go off of little information.

it eats worms insects frogs feeders normally... last food he ate was worms and cockroaches
i gave him feeder but he isn't strong enough to hunt... gave him worms today he barely try to eat the worms

It could have internal parasites. What was it fed at your lfs before buying? Any tankmates? Try some levamisole if you can get it.

I’m seeing parasites. Try treating with levamisole, though the fish may be too far gone at this point.
