Snakehead often crash into stuff?

hi,
please tell more about the tank (picture,size,decoration).

decoration arent done, waiting for gravel to arive before i do more..
it is 85 gallon. sh is 8 inch. he dont crash hard but kind of gliding into a wood or glas before turning, sometime he awoids it but sometimes not..
he also got litle 1-2 inch fishes with him but havent eaten any, i got it 2 days ago.

is he crashing into things head on , or running his side down things ?
can you get a close up picture of him ( i know not easy as they seldom stay still lol)
is the tank fully cycled ? and have you checked amonia and nitrite ?
you really should of put the graval in first before the fish ,but hey you have done it now so just take it easy when you add it and make sure it is washed very well , you may very well get a spike after adding the gravel.
also i dont want to point out the obvious but , you do realise the tank will probably only last around 6-8 months before upgrade reqd ? ,
dont worry too much about the not eating yet , they often take a while to restart eating after being added

Mine took 5 days of not eating after i placed him in his new home. Now he eats like a pig and grows like fishzilla. 
djust wanted to tell he started to eat after 6 days..he dont go crazy but take a fish now and then, but have ofc been while i havent watshed:/ I have also feed him some frozen fish and chicken also
so not loong until he is 100% setled down i gues and he dont crash into stuff anymore
