Somewhere???
I have a 125g and I was wondering which snakehead would be good in my tank. I did some research and I know there are small to large sizes. I just cant differentiate through all the latin names. It all starts to sound the same after awhile, channa this or that. Thought maybe you guys could point my search in the right direction.
Thanks
3 POSTS...WOO HOO!!! :woot:

Definitely not the two large marulias or micropeltes.Marulioides grows to 20-24" so depending on the actual dimensions of the tank this would be biggest although it would need probably a bit bigger tank.Perhaps keeping a few bleheri would make a nice species tank as they are one of the few social snakeheads. One of restrictions is what is available to you at the time and whether you only want to keep single fish in tank.

i would suggest different kinds besides micropeltes they are very mean and get very large....why not get a few different kinds like bleheri...lucius....or even a bunch of gauchas

i wish i could find those here in Bangkok ?!?!?!?!

just go to your local market. they'll probably have live ones.
in Japan, they sell them at pet shops since they are great feeders for larger specimen.

excuse me, what is this?
