Snakeheads Legal in Missouri?

I am interested in snakeheads and have not be able to find out if they are legal in the state of Missouri. Were would be the best place for me to look? and if they are legal to have I have not been able to find a place thats sells them. Any ideas?

SHs are federally banned. And, Missouri and California had snakehead bans in place before the federal ban.

Since they are illegal I wont get one. I guess i have a dry since of humor. I just just joking around.
