has anyone had any success keeping different species of snakehead together i used to have a juvie obscura with a gachua and they got on ok but the obscura died after 3 months the morning after scoffing down a whole whitebait that was really to big for it(it pinched it from my indo dat!) it would be good to see some pics also!:D

yea thts a no no

myself and a few others have had multi-species s/h tanks with out problems. ask phull tank's friend.
i think that combo would work for quite a while. obscuras grow sloooooooowwww and gachuas grow fast.
hell, i've seen cobras with auruntic., mauruliodes, and argus all together.

Yeah, I've done it before. Back when they were legal. Just remember that 2 of anything usually ends up bad. Keep 3 or more, or keep them with similar bodied fish, like bichirs.

I have a pair of Auranti's that get on really well and to be honest i'm really hopefull that these will breed some day soon
They are constantly showing to each other and digging pits in the sand etc:headbang2
