How long could I keep a commin snapper and alligator snapper together?
As in same tank
Stll babys.
Ill be buying a tank for the other soon enough

You're in Cali...shush.

BUT, keeping them together isn't advised. I'd even partition them if they're together. A bite from either (even as hatchlings) has enough power to take a section of tail off.

Go get yourself a rubbermaid bin or new tank asap.

Hes in a different part, a divider,
50g long tank so for a few weeks they will be fine
ya, and if in those few weeks u go and get a new set up :grinno:

My husband had 2 hatchlings ( long before I knew him) a common and an alligator - one day they were both looking to eat the same piece of food and the ally bit the commons head off! Just because they were both going for the same peice of food. So, no don't do it!

Do not mix them.
