Snappers

Here are a few pics of Bebop and Rocksteady. They are about a year old and I've had them since they were hatchlings.

They seem to get along with my sliders alright for now, but once it cools down here in AZ, I may get them a pond to chill in.

They've eaten one Royal Plec, one big african Cichlid, a coulpe baby Ice Blue Zebras, a Choco Plec, and 2 SilverTip Sharks. The mom and dad Zebras still live with them, but they seem pretty intelligent when it comes to avoiding the snappers.

I guess I've had to learn the hard way to keep them segregated!

You keep them together? :eek:
 
You're lucky, my snappers will destroy any other turtle in with them, even if the other turtle is larger!
 
Yeah generally other turtles is on they're food list. But if it works more power to ya. Dunno mine is 11 years old and right around 23 pounds... i'll measure his shell tonight and let you know how big it is.
