Question is it ok to feed my 13" common snaper raw meet like chicken breast chicken gizzards shrimp tilapia salmon

I'd stick to more aquatic based foods like the tilapia but I see no issue with occasional terrestrial meat.
Tbh that's probably what's best for them... Might want to try and mix some veggies in there too, being a CST and not an AST he'll probably take them.
What were you feeding before?
Not usually a good idea to keep wild caught specimens that large...
A stock tank is a lot different than a pond, dude. It's a little cruel to take them out of their natural habitat when they're already so used to it. I'm not totally opposed to keeping wild-caught hatchlings, but a 13" snapper probably won't adjust well.
Not to mention that thing probably has a hell of a temper... If you raise them in captivity they usually tame down relatively easily, which is the only reason I've ever tried owning one...
Yeah, sorry man. If I were you I'd just get a captive bred hatchling. Eventually the patience will pay off and you'll have a nice, big, healthy snapper to enjoy.
