I know a few "sneaker heads" are on MFK. I'll admit, I'm new to the addiction. It all started with my search for innovated and independent clothing brands. This, of course, led me to small shops that had crazy products. Well, yesterday I stumbled into one that was loaded with sneakers. The vast majority of these sneakers were custom, but they had a few limited edition Nike's floating around.

I became fascinated with the scene instantly. I've pretty much lived on sneakerfreaker.com since. What sites do you guys recommend to learn about this? If it helps, I'm mostly interested in AF1, customs, and independent brands.

i have always had circa untill now. i bought a pair of Globes, and the bottoms are all ripped and torn after like 2 months. circa are way better imo.

I wear whatever i like and fits good.......right now my two main pairs are high top all black air force ones and a pair of adidas superstars that have this graffiti all over em.......

I own 2 pairs of shoes.

Some busted up sneakers for work, and a pair of dress shoes.

I just don't see the pleasure in owning 24398743 pairs of, IMO, ugly shoes.

Some can't justify spending $300 on a fish. I can.
