Snow!!!!

Twin cities
Well. It's begun.

About 3 inches of snow in my yard right now, could be as much as 6 more.

Guess I put away the bike and whip out the skis.

Honestly though I love it. Who else is glad to see it????

I don't miss it, but in the last 10 years it's snowed almost every year here in Texas. Speaking of it's suppose to hit freezing here in a few days...it's too early.
 
I used to love winter. Now I have an hour round trip work commute. I head north (south of Green Bay area) into the middle of nowhere on terrible county roads. I work second shift and it's not unusual for there to be 8" of snow on the road at 2pm.

When I cross the county line I can literally see where the plows stopped and turned around

I see plenty of fullsize pickup trucks in the ditch, and yhere I am chugging away plowing snow with my front license plate going 30mph in a 15 year old honda.

I drive one of them there fullsize pickups, and I tell you what I was never more impressed than by a Honda I witnessed going 10 mph, full throttle, sideways up a snow covered hill. He made it.

ugh, you're from the twin cities.

my in laws live there and my wife would sometimes try to convince me to move there.

hell...........................2theNO

I will never live in a place where there could be snow from oct to april
 
As much as I hate warm weather, I know I could hate too much snow just as much.
