Ok, it seems strange to me that both g. tile and the echidna species share a common name, but as they both seem to be best kept for in full marine, which do you prefer?
Anybody have both in the same tank? Anybody have any observations on how they differ, as the two most common morays on the market? i.e. which is hardier, which is easier to feed, which is more aggressive, differences in full size, etc.

I'm mostly just asking out of curiosity, and because I love eels.

I've kept both together in SW, although I don't have a snowflake at the moment. In Sw, both are equally hardy and easy to feed. The snowflake will get bigger than the G. tile (don't see too many full grown adults unfortunately). Neither are "aggressive" when compared to some of the real nasty eels...both will take down small fish.
