So cal: where to get CO2 and plants?

Newbie here. Want to set up a 60 RR planted tank.
I have the lights already.
Now I need plants, CO2, and subtrate.
Where in So-cal can I get the best deals for this?

Where in SoCal are you? If you are in or around the L.A. area, I would suggest Neptune's Reef in Torrance, PTF (Pasadena Tropical Fish) in Pasadena and Oranda, but I forget where that is exactly.
