That's actually a bearded dragon in fear for his life 
. When young they will use that arm waving gesture to show a possible threat, like another beardie, that there is no hostility. It's still cute to see a group of hatchlings waving though.

He's an older juvie, and I call him Mofo... cause, well, he's a crazy mofo. Highest energy bearie I've ever met.... and yes I've tried adjusting his cage temps thinking it's too warm... that didn't make a difference. He's just crazy. Likes to leap into the air at food items.
