today we went to the lfs "just to look", and there it was, a little BB bamboo. ive been wanting to get a shark for so long! we put it on hold to make shure its eating well, should be in my tank next week!

also there is a horn shark bout 15", been there quite some time, worth $300?

I wouldn't call $300 cheap for a Horn Shark - but is a fairly reasonable price for a Horn Shark of that size. I've seen Horn Shark pups (7-10" range)- that are about $125-200.

Yeah,my first horn was about 150 but that was quite a few years ago and I've never seen them that cheap since.Right around 300 seems to be the price that I see for them,at different sources.

well before i get the horn im going to get familiar with the bamboo.

what foods can i feed that i can pick up from the market? i feed alot of market shrimp to my other fish.

Mine goes nuts for prawns, crab meat, mussel and squid.

Market shrimp is definitely a favorite of my shark...but she is not picky and will take almost anything. She gets some decent variety. (Whatever is on sale at the grocery store.)
