So a buddy of mine had a tank that he had no room for and so now I have a new tank.. Its 48 1/2 by 18 1/2 by 37 .. by my calculations its about 145 gallons..

At some point one of the large glass panels was broken out and a piece of plywood used to replace it. there is a door in the piece of plywood..

My thoughts for this tank are to build a stand to bring the tank to eye lvl , then add some branches attached to the plywood back and find a good fill for the bottom to plant some nice leafy plants and vines. Once I have all that done I would like to stock the tank with a bunch of geckos and anoles and such..

Finding the geckos that will get along will be alittle tricky but in the end I think it will make a nice convo piece in my living room.

Thoughts .?. Opinions

Dont mix different animals.
It depends on the species involved, but as a general rule it is a good idea not to mix herps. Sometimes it can work out though

You can mix some geckos of the same species(no more than one male). However dont mix anoles;)

heres a few pics of the tank...

Huuum looks nice and comfy:D That would be great for a trio (one male and 2 females) of giant jamaican anoles or for a pair of cuban or king anoles

Or some larger arboreal geckos. Geckos have always been my favorite lizards, so have to recommend them first. Cresteds? maybe some big day geckos?
