so i have an eheim 2250.. what bio media and such do i put in there? anywhere online i can find this stuff? any other alternatives?

My eheim pro 2 2128 uses ehfisubstrate, it says the surface area covers 18,300 sw. ft. /Us gal.

So far I love my eheim, I paid for quality and I got it.

worth it in the long run to get the eheim media I use it in all my canisters

I wouldn't use any other media than the Eheim ehfisubstrat pro in any of my filters for bio media. It is one of the best IMO, but it will cost you.
