So mad flagtail killed discus

Had my flagtail in with a Datnoid but Datnoid was beating it up so I moved it in a 55 gallon with a discus and the flagtail killed it I thing it sucked all the slime coat off the discus anyone ever have this happen I paid 100 for the discus

Fei Feng aka flagtails are known for sucking off slime coats.

Yes I can attest to that my 8" flag tail used to suck on every slow moving fish so I had to sell him but I was able to save all my other fish

My flag tail refused to eat anything but algae and didn't grow any more than an inch in 6 months, all his tankmates outgrew him and he was eventually picked off by them

My 11" flagtail is a gentle giant. Never messes with any other fish in my 225. I even have a 3" flagtail in with him with no aggression thus far...

I keep on hearing all of these horror stories about flagtails, guess I got lucky when I picked mine up. He never seems to bother anyone except my silver dollars, which he only chases away to get his favorite treats at feeding time.
