So My Jags have eggs...

This is my first pair of Jags, and my first batch of eggs. What the heck do I do now? I'm going to setup a 10 gallon for the fry, but how long should I leave them with the parents before separation? Any advice at all would be helpful. I've researched a few similar threads on here, so I think I have a pretty good understanding but it never hurts to ask. Thanks all!

first, are you sure they are M/F pair?

Yes. The smaller is the female, and the larger is a wild caught Honduran male.
