just got a mail from paypal telling me that i transferred 120 $ to some guy i don´t even know.
I changed my password and all that **** and i have no clue how that could happen. Luckily i got my money back.

as long as im 120 richer. good for you

If you logged onto paypal from that email notice, you've just been had. There are a ton of pfishing emails going around that look like they're from paypal when they're not. Their email addys trace back to Russia and Africa.

Your best bet is to log onto paypal directly and change your password before the old password you entered to make any change is used to rifle your account.

I already changed my password. Such things are annoying.

You didn't get the gist of my post. Did you go to paypal by clicking on the link in the email? If so, they probably were not paypal. Check your account by going directly to the paypal site. If there's no record of the $120 or a change in password, you need to change the password now and not to the same password you changed it to from the email redirect.

The mail was from paypal. They informed me that i just transferred 120$ to some *****...

I went to the paypal site, reported that transaction and changed my password. Then i wrote a mail to that ***** that i´ll sue her if she don´t send my money back within the next hours. She answered me i should take better care of my passwords and did send my money back. It was kind of weird.

^ Yeah, any sort of e-mails i get that contain links to my supposed bank accounts / paypal etc i'll never click links... instead ALWAYS goto the actual website via web browser to make sure its not a scam... seen way too many people in the past falling for scams and stuff like that...
