What do I do? Do I cut it off and plant it down or leave it hanging around with its roots moving around the water? Help anyone?:nilly:

Put them into the substrate still attached to the mother plant and then when the young ones have established a little cut them off the mother plant and they should grow very health and grow there own new plants when they are happy/ health and big enough to do so .

one more question, i dont know if u guys can tell from the pic but.. to me, the roots of the new plant is very well established, its so long and all. is it established enough to remove it from the mother plant yet? if not, when is the right time?

Leaving the daughter plant attached will only cause disturbance of the roots when you need to separate them. Leaving the daughter attached will also take a lot of energy from the mother plant, causing slowed growth.
