Looks like you kept him outside to get that kind of coloring. I do a little summer tubbin' for some of my fish and I hate when I get the dragonfly larvaes in there. I am prepared for next year though!

Looks like a Hemichromis lifalili. Here's a pic of one (not mine). Did you catch it in a pond or stream in Florida?
