I am so done with this tank. Ever since I got it it has caused me nothing but misery and frustration so I am going to let it go. I cannot handle the stress that this tank has put on me. I seriously don't have time for this since I am taking some hardcore classes this semester (Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, Human Diseases, and applied pharmacology). Yes, that is 20hrs of school a week and more than 20hrs of studying. so Yeah, I literally have no life due to school and my only 2 days off from school I get I have to work and not to mention i have to find some time to spend with the gf.

Anyways, I picked this tank up from a MFK'er that had it set up for 1-2 years . I picked it up from him and cleaned it out and found a small crack on the very bottom of the side panel, between the black trim and silicone. He claims he never saw it cause he has always had sand in it but it was set up for 1year+ with no problem. so fine, i ask for a refund and it is a nogo so i am stuck with this.

The crack:

I got over that crack cause I asked my boss if it would be alright and he told me fill it up and if it will leak or burst it will do it within 2 weeks. So fine, I was going to do that and leave it for a month just to be safe but I had to wait for it to stop raining so i can put it on the stand and give it a test.

Today, nice and sunny, great weather looks good for the next couple of days. I came out and was going to do it but sweet the day before, my dad decides to do some yard work and pushes my tank around. I think he pushed it into the ledge and made another crack. Now I am just crushed, i feel like i am just going to quit this hobby and focus on school. Seriously.. just alsdjfals;df :swear:

Now this crack is in the middle of the front panel, it aligns evenly with the ledge so i know for sure that thats where it hit. Of course my dad denies it but i am not going to pick a fight with him.

As you can see, i already put alot of work into cleaning it and getting it ready to go but I can't take it anymore.

Do what you want with it, I am asking $200 picked up OBO. It will go on craigslist if I have no luck here.

That's a NICE looking tank....... Hopefully someone can fix the crack.

Dimensions on the title.... 225g 72x30x24

Dimensions are in the title. Why is the tank missing pieces on the top bracing?

Yea, the thing is, i don't think anyone wants to buy a cracked tank, and even worse this one has two.

It is a risky gamble unless you can fix this tank, then it would be worth it.

Where are the SoCal Lowballers? OBO OBO OBO!
