J-spec often refers to Japanese spec animals. Which indirectly means that the fish is of such high quality, that the Japanese a"fish"inados (hehehe) approve due to their discerning taste.

no wonder its at such a high quality price. I heard about getting dats and arows that are J-spec. its like "perfect edition" or "gem mint condition"
