Anguilla anguilla, or the European Green Eel almost impossible to get now a days. I have had him or her for about 6 years now and I thought I would never get rid of it but the time has come. The eel is pellet trained and eats from the top wategr like a cichlid. He is super active and is out all times in the day or night. If someone wants an eel this would be just about the freshwater fish keeper's dream eel. Asking $200 and that is firm no trades

I agree, a pic would help. From your description, it sounds like an amazing animal. Can this eel live with other fish or will they be snacks?
It has been in an agressive community tank for all 6 years with other fish. My home computer is down at the moment so I am checkingt his thing via work and have not got the pics here. I have many posted on him though if you guys search my post just look for anything titled eel and you will find him. Also I believe he is in a couple pic within one of my albums titled Cubans take a look thanks guys..
bump this is a sick eel guys someone will really be happy to get him and trust me you will be hard pressed to get your hands on another one now a days!
